Job Description Title: Back Office Administrator Reports to: Henk Akse Position Summary: The administrator is an important role. The person will act as administrative support to Luxury Hospitality Group, Luxury Hospitality Management and the Luxury Hospitality Academy. He/ she will be the point of contact for suppliers and partners alike and will be responsible for co-ordinating an effective service delivery. The job includes general administration duties, logistics coordination for trainers, consultants and directors, e-acounting and CRM system management en social media. Duties include: • Administrative support for the company; • Logistics for trainers and consultants; travel, lodging etc; • Coordination of training, globally; • E-accounting (Visma or alternative); • CRM system management; • General document control; • Organizing tradeshow events, symposia, etc; • Participating in website development activities; • Participate in running social media marketing campaigns; • Other duties might be assigned when agreed with Management. Requirements of the role: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, experience, skill, and/or ability required: ¬ good proficiency in the English language; ¬ have good communicative skills; ¬ work well in team environment; ¬ be able to work well under pressure; ¬ the ability to multi task and prioritise in accordance to urgency and importance; ¬ pro-active in terms of continuous improvements; ¬ proven workexperience in a similar position; ¬ preferably experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry; ¬ service orientated; ¬ preferably experience in the Maritime industry; eg [River] Cruise, Yachting ¬ strong project management or organisational skills; ¬ proficient in Microsoft office tools & GSuite; ¬ proficient in internet related communications; ¬ understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, content marketing, etc ¬ familiarity with photoshop etc. ¬ must be able to work independently, self-starter; ¬ discretion and confidentiality is mandatory; ¬ pro-active attitude; ¬ no 9-5 mentality ¬ drivers license required
